Day Eighty One

I haven’t really had as much time as I hoped I would have today, so I don’t have an alpha build of the heptagram. That’s fiiiiine I’ll sort it tomorrow - I’ll also be updating all the demos to the latest version.

One of the things I have added over the last few days is the ✨ analytics popup ✨

Boring I know, but necessary - I want to consume your data please. I’ve added a few things that are tracked, which will mean I can fine tune the game once more people are playing. It will be nice to be able to see where people are getting hit, which bosses are the most difficult, how tries people take to beat each boss, how long it takes people to beat them on average, that sort of thing.

Being able to see all that data means I can keep tweaking and tuning the patterns to make the game more fun for everyone!

There’s really not much actual work left to do to get things out to alpha, and update the demo versions, but I need a bigger chunk of time to get things cleaned up and sorted. Here’s how the scene looks while I’m actively working on a boss:

There are a bunch of other things like that that need turning off, resetting, etc.

What’s next?

Final touches on all the demo bits
