Laser Power! Achieving a 1 Million Point Shot

A shorter day today because of work and general exhaustion today, but I think I managed to fix the issue with Steam on macOS! Can’t say I have any idea what the issue was, but if it happens again there’s a button I can press.

Did a little more Heptagram, will show off some of that tomorrow - but there were a few bugfixes to do. I’ve also spent some time testing the laser on all the other bosses - it works well on all of them. Check out this one laser shot that was worth over 1,000,000 points (after time multiplier) 😂

• bullet cancel on the mose amount of bullets possible for this boss

• instakilled the mini nacho (the nachos have quite a high instakill threshold - 40% of their health)

• got the bullet clear on all the nacho’s bullets too

• all at 32x multiplier!

It took me so long to line this shot up. The recording is over 1gb 💀 I knew it was possible to get over 1m score in a single shot.

What’s next?

Tomorrow is going to be a big crunch on the Heptagram, with the aim of getting an early draft to alpha. I don’t know that I will quite make it, but it should be close enough to definitely go into alpha over the weekend, then I can do the public beta next week with 5/7 levels 🎉
