Day Fifty

We’re halfway through! The major event is done, which means I’m just 100% focused on content now. Any new competitions will use existing builds, maybe with a few bugfixes if we find them in alpha/beta, but I’ve got nothing to distract me now.

It’s Wednesday, and I promised a gif - so here you go!

It’ll need a bunch of tweaking - visually I’m not particularly happy with it just yet, but it’s a cool little pattern. It’s supposed to be a big heavy attack, so I’ll probably make the bullets move faster and let them stay alive and swirl around a lot longer. They also need a bunch more blooooom.

This is one of the last things I need to do on the triangle, I’d like to get it out to alpha this weekend :) there’s a lot of this boss that you haven’t seen yet, I’ve gotta keep some content back 😉

What’s next?

Tomorrow I won’t have long to spend on the game, but I’ll be putting the finishing touches on the triangles. If I can do the content for a full boss every 10 days, I’ll be in a really good position for release, that’s the aim at least!
